1. Giveaway Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the AJ Power "Free Solar Kit" giveaway (the "Promotion"). By entering, you agree to these Rules.

1.1 Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored solely by AJ POWER CO., LTD. ("AJ Power", "we", "us"), Yilida Business Building, Shengli Road, Pengjiang District, Jiangmen, Guangdong 529000, China.

1.2 Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Open to legal residents of the regions in which the Promotion is advertised.
Employees of AJ Power and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1.3 How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. To enter, complete the short AJ Power enquiry/survey form and provide a valid email address. Limit one entry per person.

1.4 Promotion Period

The Promotion begins and ends on the dates stated in the active advertisement or campaign page. Entries submitted outside the stated period are not eligible. (AJ Power will insert the specific start and end dates for each campaign.)

1.5 Prize

One (1) winner will receive a portable solar power kit (a portable power station with a solar panel set). Approximate retail value as described in the active campaign.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. AJ Power may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees in their country.

1.6 Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries after the Promotion ends. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, AJ Power may select an alternate winner.

1.7 Discount Coupon

Any 1–5% discount coupon referenced in our forms or ads applies to a future order from AJ Power, subject to confirmation by our sales team and any conditions stated at the time of issue. The coupon is a separate benefit and is not the giveaway prize.

2. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, Instagram, or any other social media platform. By entering, each participant releases these platforms from any liability. Each entrant acknowledges that AJ Power is solely responsible for the Promotion, including its rules, prize fulfilment, and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Privacy Policy

AJ Power respects your privacy. This section explains what data we collect through our forms and how we use it.

3.1 Information We Collect

When you submit one of our enquiry or survey forms, we may collect: your email address, name, WhatsApp number, company name, product interests, target market, purchase volume/budget, and basic technical data such as your IP address and submission time.

3.2 How We Use Your Information

To prepare and send you a quote, product recommendation, or the discount coupon you requested.
To administer the giveaway and contact the winner.
To respond to your enquiry and have our sales team follow up.
To analyse aggregate market interest so we can improve our products and service.
To send you relevant product or marketing information. By submitting the form you consent to receive such messages. You may opt out at any time (see 3.5).

3.3 How We Store & Share Your Data

Your data is stored in our own secure business systems (including our company spreadsheet and email accounts) and is accessible only to authorised AJ Power staff. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may use trusted service providers (e.g. email and automation tools) solely to operate our enquiry process.

3.4 Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, fulfil the giveaway, and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

3.5 Your Rights & Opt-Out

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time, by emailing us at sales18@ajpowerstation.com. Depending on your location (e.g. EU/UK under GDPR, or US under applicable laws), you may have additional rights, which we will honour.

A note on international users: AJ Power is based in China and serves customers worldwide. By submitting a form, you understand your data may be processed in our country of operation. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
